The nineties emerged as the best years for Swift Race Cars,  during which period they built cars for racing in Sports 2000, Formula Ford 2000,  CART and Formula Atlantic championships from 1992 to 1999. Their winning streak which started in 1989 by winning the  Atlantic championship from years 1989 to  1992, and the British Formula Renault in 1990,  continued with  wins from 1992 to 1995, and winning the British Ford Championship in 1992 and then again in 1995. They however, did not stop there;  but went on to win on the continent by teaming up with  Geva Racing another champion team at the Benelux championship from 1996 to 1998.  A great decade of racing was completed in 1999 with  Swift once again proving their unassailable superiority by winning the Finnish Championship that year.

Another change took place in 1998 when the Swift Race Car Company decided to move from their then location in Norfolk to its present location in Wiltshire at which time owners changed hands once again with  Alan Cooper taking over the company and the cars being called Swift Cooper. The new owner had many new and innovative ideas and the first vehicle manufactured under his name emerged with a striking new look and launched in 2000 to be driven by Ollie Kaurala the racing driver.

Never one to sit on his laurels,  Alan Cooper kept on changing and refining his designs by using new techniques and CAD software to emerge with a brand new Swift racing car to be raced at the 2004 British Ford Championship and again in 2006 and 2007.

To date, Swift continues to supply racing cars for the  spec regulation Toyota Atlantic Championship as their sole supplier which   commenced in 1998. They went even further supplying  jet air crafts to the Aviation Industry in 2007. Not satisfied with that, Swift  has become the sole supplier of the 017.n chassis for the Japanese Formula Nippon championship which commenced in 2009.
